On the morning of January 12, 2022, the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering organized a meeting and farewell for its officials who retired in 2020 and 2021.

Attending the ceremony were Comrade Phan Đăng Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Institute; Comrade Phan Hữu Thắng, Deputy Director; representatives of the Trade Union Executive Committee, the Youth Union; leaders of functional departments; and leaders of units with officials retiring in 2020 and 2021.

Director Phan Đăng Phong delivered a speech, inquired about the health and extended New Year wishes to the individuals and families of retired officials, while recognizing their contributions to the development of the Institute.

The retired officials spoke, expressing gratitude for the care and support received from the Institute during their tenure, wishing good health to the leaders of the Institute and its units, and hoping for the Institute's increasingly sustainable development.

At the end of the ceremony, the Institute's leadership, the Trade Union Executive Committee, and the units presented gifts and flowers to the retired officials.

The farewell meeting for retired officials took place in a joyful, warm, and affectionate atmosphere.
