Abstract: This paper introduces a new solution for transporting large quantities of cement bags from manufacturing plants or cement dispatch stations to heavy-load transport units such as barges and ships. The traditional method usually involves transporting each bag individually and manually stacking them on the vessel, which is very time-consuming and labor-intensive. With this new solution, bags are packed into large pallets, saving loading time and optimizing the arrangement space of bags on the transport unit.
