On the morning of January 5, 2023, the Conference of Officials and Employees of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering for the year 2022 - 2023 was solemnly held.

Attending the conference were Mr. Phan Dang Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Institute; Mr. Vu Van Khoa, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Director of the Institute; Mr. Phan Huu Thang, Member of the Party Committee and Vice Director of the Institute; the guest was Mr. Dao Trong Cuong, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology - Ministry of Industry and Trade; comrades of the Institute's Party Committee, leaders of units and functional departments, and all officials and employees.

Mr. Phan Huu Thang, on behalf of the Institute's leadership, delivered the summary report on the Institute's work in 2022 and the work directions for 2023.

Mr. Pham Cong Thanh, on behalf of the People's Inspection Board, presented the summary report on the Board's work for the 2021 - 2022 term.

The delegates attending the conference delivered discussion comments, contributed to the summary report on the Institute's work in 2022 and work directions for 2023, and shared experiences, difficulties, and advantages of their units over the past year.

Next, the conference voted to elect the People's Inspection Board for the 2023-2024 term.        

At the conference, the Institute was honored to receive the Certificate of Merit from the Minister of Industry and Trade for outstanding achievements in 2022 and on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the Institute's founding.

Subsequently, the Institute awarded and recognized emulation achievements for units in 2022.

Mr. Phan Dang Phong, Director of the Institute, answered questions, addressed discussion comments, and summarized the conference.

Mr. Duong Trong Dong, President of the Institute's Trade Union, launched the emulation movement among officials, employees, and workers for 2023.

The conference voted to adopt the conference resolution with specific work targets for 2023 to be achieved and higher than those of 2022.
