On July 6, 2023, the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering organized a conference to announce and present the decision appointing Comrade Le Phuong Nam, an official of the Branch of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering in Ho Chi Minh City, as Deputy Director of the Branch of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering.

Attending the conference were Comrade Vu Van Khoa, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Institute; comrades representing the Institute's Party Committee and leaders of functional departments.

Comrade Ha Minh Thang, Head of the Department of Organization and Administration, read the decision of the Director of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering appointing Comrade Le Phuong Nam, an official of the Branch of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering in Ho Chi Minh City, to the position of Deputy Director of the Branch of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering, with the decision taking effect from June 1, 2023.

On behalf of the Institute's leadership, Comrade Vu Van Khoa presented the decision, gave flowers, offered congratulations, and delivered a speech assigning tasks to Comrade Le Phuong Nam.

Comrade Le Phuong Nam expressed his gratitude, accepted the assignment, and promised the Institute's leadership that he would dedicate himself wholeheartedly, strive together with the collective of officials of the Branch of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering in Ho Chi Minh City in unity, and successfully complete all assigned tasks.
