Authorized by the Party Committee of the Hanoi Industrial Sector, on December 3, 2018, the Party Committee of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering organized a conference to announce and present the decision on the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Party Committee's Inspection Commission of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering for the 2015–2020 term;

Attending the conference were the Institute's leaders and members of the Institute's Party Executive Committee.

Comrade Tran Duc Quang read the Decision of the Party Committee of the Hanoi Industrial Sector ratifying the election results for the positions of Deputy Secretary of the Institute's Party Committee and Chairman of the Party Committee's Inspection Commission of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering for the 2015–2020 term for Comrade Vu Van Khoa, Deputy Director of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering;

On behalf of the Institute's Party Committee, Comrade Phan Dang Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee, presented the Decision and offered flowers to congratulate Comrade Vu Van Khoa.
