Implementing the review, evaluation, and quality classification for 2023 in accordance with Plan No. 91-KH/ĐUK dated November 9, 2023; Regulation No. 09-QĐ/ĐUK dated November 9, 2023; Regulation No. 08-QĐ/ĐUK dated November 9, 2023 of the Party Committee of the Hanoi Enterprise Bloc.

On December 7, 2023, the Party Committee of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering held a meeting to review, evaluate, and classify the quality for 2023 of party organizations, party members, and collectives and individuals of leading and management officials.

Attending the conference were Comrade Phan Đăng Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee, presiding over the meeting; Comrade Vũ Văn Khoa, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; and all comrades in the Party Committee of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering.

The results of the review, evaluation, and quality classification for 2023 of party organizations, party members, and collectives and individuals of leading and management officials: 8 out of 17 party cells met the standard of "Excellent Task Completion", including 3 party cells "Pure and Strong"; 25 out of 111 party members "Excellent Task Completion", including 3 party members meeting the standard of "Outstanding Exemplary"; no party cells or party members failed to complete tasks.
