Pursuant to the Convocation Document No. 53 - TrT/ĐUB of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Trade dated June 26, 2026, regarding the summons to participate in the National Conference on studying, learning, thoroughly grasping, and implementing Resolution No. 10-NQ/TW of the Politburo on the development of the economy with foreign investment.

On the morning of June 30, 2026, the Party Organization of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering organized a relay of the live broadcast on VTV1: "National Conference on studying, learning, thoroughly grasping, and implementing Resolution No. 10-NQ/TW of the Politburo on the development of the economy with foreign investment."

Attending the relay of the live broadcast on VTV1 and chairing the Conference were Comrade Phan Đăng Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director; comrades of the Executive Committee of the Institute Party Committee; and all party members of the Party Organization of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering.
