On January 09, 2025, the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering held a conference to review the work of 2025 and set out work tasks for 2026.

Representatives from the Ministry of Industry and Trade attending the conference: Mr. Phan Văn Bản, Member of the Standing Committee, Full-time Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ministry; Mrs. Nguyễn Minh Huệ, Acting Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Board of the Party Committee of the Ministry; Mr. Nguyễn Phúc Nam, Chief of Office of the Party Committee of the Ministry; Mr. Nguyễn Văn Hạnh, Deputy Head of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry; Mr. Nguyễn Trọng Trai and Mr. Vũ Đức Nam, Deputy Heads of the Organization Board of the Party Committee of the Ministry.

Attending the conference were Mr. Phan Đăng Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director; Mr. Vũ Văn Khoa, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director; Mr. Phan Hữu Thắng, Member of the Party Committee, Deputy Director; Mr. Nguyễn Tiến Dũng, Member of the Party Committee, Deputy Director; comrades from the Executive Committee of the Institute's Party Committee, leaders of units and functional departments, Party members, and all officials and employees of the Institute.

The delegates attending the conference made speeches, presented discussion papers, contributed comments to the conference, and also shared the experiences, difficulties, and advantages of their units over the past year and the work tasks of their units in the coming years.

Mr. Phan Đăng Phong took note of and answered the questions and discussion comments from the delegates attending the conference.

At the conference, Mr. Nguyễn Tiến Dũng read the Decision on emulation and commendation for 2025 of the Party; Mr. Phạm Công Thành read the Decision on emulation and commendation for 2025 of the Director.

Mr. Đoàn Văn Minh, Chairman of the Institute's Trade Union, launched the emulation campaign among all officials and employees for 2026.

The conference voted to adopt the conference resolution with specific work targets for 2026.
