On January 9, 2024, the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering organized the Conference to Review Party and Administrative Work for 2024, and Outline Directions and Tasks for 2025.
Attending the conference were Mr. Phan Dang Phong, Party Committee Secretary and Institute Director; Mr. Phan Huu Thang, Party Committee Member and Deputy Director; Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung, Party Committee Member and Deputy Director; comrades from the Institute's Party Committee Executive Board, leaders of units and functional departments, and all staff members and employees.
Mr. Phan Huu Thang, on behalf of the Institute's Party Committee Executive Board and Institute Leadership, presented the report on the Review of Party and Administrative Work for 2024, and Directions and Tasks for 2025.
Delegates attending the conference delivered discussion remarks and contributions to the conference, while also sharing experiences, difficulties, and advantages of their units over the past year, as well as directions for their units in the coming years.
Mr. Phan Dang Phong acknowledged and addressed the questions and discussion remarks from the attending delegates.
Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung, on behalf of the Institute's Party Committee Executive Board and Institute Leadership, presented the Decision on Emulation in Party and Administrative Work for 2024. Accordingly, in Party work for 2024, the Institute had 08/17 party cells rated "Excellent Task Completion," 09/17 party cells rated "Good Task Completion," and no party cells rated "Task Not Completed." In the 2024 emulation movement results, the Institute's Heavy Mechanical Engineering Center achieved the title of Leading Unit, 15 collectives achieved the title of Excellent Unit, and 02 collectives achieved the title of Advanced Unit.
Mr. Doan Van Minh, Chairman of the Institute's Trade Union, launched the emulation movement among the Leadership, staff, and employees for 2025.
Mr. Phan Dang Phong, Party Committee Secretary and Institute Director, delivered a directive speech at the conference, outlining key tasks and directions for 2025 and subsequent years, and then closed the conference.
The conference voted to adopt a Resolution with specific work targets for 2025, aiming to meet or exceed those of 2024.
The Conference to Review Party and Administrative Work for 2024, and Outline Directions and Tasks for 2025 concluded successfully.
