Abstract: In practice, sleeper buses operating on high-standard roads approaching intersections or densely populated areas encounter speed bumps before warning signs. According to driver experience, when encountering a speed bump, drivers reduce speed to limit vehicle and occupant vibrations, meeting traffic requirements. The design and placement of speed bumps depend on the traffic system requirements to be selected and arranged. This paper presents a study aimed at evaluating the impact of speed bump geometric factors on passenger comfort. To assess the effect of speed bumps, the group built a vibration model with 12 degrees of freedom describing the human body's oscillations. The model was solved using Matlab software to provide evaluations.
