On February 3, 2023, authorized by the Party Committee of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering, the Party Cell of Machine Design and Manufacturing Technology organized a ceremony to admit three new party members: Comrade Vuong Van Huy, Pham Duc Hoan, and Le Duc Manh.

Attending the ceremony were Comrade Phan Dang Phong - Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Institute; Comrade Hoang Van Hung - Member of the Party Committee; and comrades who are party members of the Party Cell of Machine Design and Manufacturing Technology.

Comrade Hoang Trung Kien - Secretary of the Party Cell read the Decision of the Party Committee of the Hanoi Enterprise Bloc to admit the three comrades as party members, presented the decisions, offered congratulatory flowers, and delivered a speech assigning tasks to the three new party members.

Comrade Vuong Van Huy, on behalf of the three newly admitted party members, expressed their sentiments and accepted their tasks before the Party Cell of Machine Design and Manufacturing Technology.

At the ceremony, Comrade Phan Dang Phong - Secretary of the Party Committee delivered a directive speech and congratulated the Party Cell of Machine Design and Manufacturing Technology on gaining three new party members.
