Signing Ceremony of the Cooperation Agreement on Science, Technology and Training between the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering and the University of Industrial Technology - Thai Nguyen University

The signing ceremony of the Cooperation Agreement on science and technology and training between the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering (NARIME) and Thai Nguyen University of Technology (TNUT) took place at the TNUT headquarters on the afternoon of April 1, 2024.

 

Attending the signing ceremony, on behalf of TNUT, were Prof. Dr. Vu Ngoc Pi - Vice Rector; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Thanh Long - Head of the Department of Science, Technology and International Cooperation; Dr. Le Thi Tam - Deputy Head of the Department of Science, Technology and International Cooperation; Dr. Nguyen Nhu Tung - Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, along with lecturers of the University who are currently doctoral candidates at NARIME. On behalf of NARIME, there were Dr. Vu Van Khoa - Vice Director; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Thu Quy - Director of the Key Laboratory of Welding Technology and Surface Treatment, concurrently Director of the Training Center; Mr. Ha Minh Thang - Head of the Department of Organization and Administration; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Van Got - Training Center.

 

To date, eight doctoral candidates from TNUT have been and are studying and researching at NARIME, of whom two have completed their doctoral programs. Scientists and educators from both sides have engaged in mutual support activities in scientific research and training for over ten years, co-authoring approximately 30 domestic and international scientific papers/reports that have been published. The signing of this Cooperation Agreement reflects the respectful recognition by the leadership of both parties of the achieved results, serving as a foundation for new collaborative developments in scientific research and training in the coming years.

 

After the signing ceremony, the NARIME delegation was guided to tour the facilities, listen to introductions, and view several highly applicable technological products of TNUT.
