On July 15, 2020, authorized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, on behalf of the Institute’s Party Committee, on behalf of the Institute’s Leadership, Mr. Phan Dang Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Institute Director, handed over the Decision on reappointment of Chief Accountant to Mr. Hoang Van Hung and the Decision on reappointment of Director of the Key Laboratory of Welding and Surface Treatment Technology to Mr. Le Thu Quy according to the Decision signed by the Minister of Industry and Trade on July 8, 2020.

Mr. Hoang Van Hung and Mr. Le Thu Quy expressed their gratitude to the Institute Director and the Institute's leadership for their trust and promised to do their utmost to successfully fulfill the assigned tasks.
