On August 12, 2025, the Party Committee of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering solemnly organized the Ceremony to award the 40-year Party membership Badge of the Hanoi Party Committee to Comrade Ha Vinh Quang, a party member of the Industrial Equipment Party Cell under the Party Committee of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering.

Attending the ceremony to award the 40-year Party membership badge were Comrade Phan Dang Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee, President of the Institute; Comrade Vu Van Khoa, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice President of the Institute; comrades in the Institute Party Committee Executive Board and all party members of the Industrial Equipment Party Cell.

Comrade Do Dinh Luong, a member of the Party Committee, on behalf of the Institute's Party Committee, read the Decision to award the 40-year Party membership Badge of the Hanoi Party Committee to Comrade Ha Vinh Quang.

Comrade Phan Dang Phong, on behalf of the Institute Party Committee Executive Board and authorized by the Party Committee of the Hanoi People's Committee, presented the 40-year Party membership Badge, offered flowers to congratulate Comrade Ha Vinh Quang, and delivered a speech recognizing and highly appreciating Comrade Ha Vinh Quang's contributions to the Industrial Equipment Party Cell in particular and to the Party Committee of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering in general.

Comrade Ha Vinh Quang, and Comrade Tran Van Dung, Secretary of the Industrial Equipment Party Cell, delivered speeches expressing their feelings, sincerely thanking the Party Committee of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering for organizing the solemn and thoughtful ceremony to award the 40-year Party membership badge.
