On November 25, 2024, the Party Committee of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering solemnly organized a ceremony to award the 40-year Party membership badge of the Hanoi Party Committee to Comrade Nguyen Van Quy, a party member of the Administrative Organization Party Cell under the Party Committee of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering.

Attending the ceremony to award the 40-year Party membership badge were Comrade Phan Huu Thang, Member of the Party Committee, Vice Director; Comrade Nguyen Tien Dung, Member of the Party Committee, Vice Director; comrades from the Executive Committee of the Institute's Party Committee and all party members of the Administrative Organization Party Cell.

Comrade Hoang Van Hung, on behalf of the Institute's Party Committee, read the Decision to award the 40-year Party membership badge of the Hanoi Party Committee to Comrade Nguyen Van Quy.

Comrade Phan Huu Thang, on behalf of the Executive Committee of the Institute's Party Committee and authorized by the Party Committee of the Hanoi Enterprise Bloc, presented the 40-year Party membership badge to Comrade Nguyen Van Quy; Comrade Nguyen Tien Dung presented flowers to congratulate Comrade Nguyen Van Quy.

Comrade Phan Huu Thang delivered a speech, acknowledging and highly appreciating the contributions of Comrade Nguyen Van Quy to the Administrative Organization Party Cell in particular and to the Institute's Party Committee in general over the past 40 years.

Comrade Nguyen Van Quy and Comrade Pham Duc Tin, Secretary of the Administrative Organization Party Cell, expressed their gratitude to the Party Committee of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering for organizing the ceremony to award the 40-year Party membership badge in a solemn and thoughtful manner.
