On the morning of January 23, 2019, the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering organized a farewell party for its staff members who retired in 2018.

Attending the ceremony were Comrade Phan Dang Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director; Comrade Vu Van Khoa, Vice Director; Comrade Nguyen Hai Ha, Vice Director; Comrade Phan Thach Ho, former Secretary of the Party Committee, former Vice Director, Chairman of the Liaison Committee for Retired Staff; comrades from the Executive Committee of the Institute's Party Committee, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union, the Youth Union, leaders of units and departments with staff members retiring in 2018.

Comrade Phan Dang Phong delivered a speech, inquired about health, extended New Year wishes to the individuals and families of retired staff, while also acknowledging the contributions of the staff to the development of the Institute.

The retired staff members gave speeches, expressing gratitude for the care and support of the Institute throughout their tenure, wishing good health to the comrades in the Institute's leadership board and unit leaders, and wishing the Institute ever more sustainable development.

At the end of the ceremony, the Institute's leadership, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union, and units presented gifts and flowers to the retired staff members.

The farewell gathering for retired staff members of 2018 took place in a joyful, warm, and cordial atmosphere.
