Abstract: The automatic doffing system is responsible for removing fully wound bobbins from the machine and placing empty bobbins onto the spinning frame, replacing manual operations. This paper presents the research results, calculation of some important technical parameters, and strength verification of the main shaft of the working mechanism in the automatic doffing system for a 500-spindle spinning frame. The research results are applied to design the working mechanism of the automatic doffing system, meeting the required working cycle of the system.
