The New Year gathering at the beginning of spring has become a tradition for the officials, employees, and workers of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering. The New Year gathering is not simply a day for meeting and socializing, but plays an important role and significance in the organizational culture of the institute. It is an occasion for all members of the Institute to talk, share, understand each other better, and strengthen bonds.

 

On February 23, 2026 (the 7th day of the first lunar month, Year of the Horse), the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering joyfully organized the New Year gathering to welcome the Spring of the Year of the Horse.

 

Comrade Phan Đăng Phong - Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Institute, on behalf of the Institute's Party Committee Executive Board and the Institute's Leadership Board, delivered a New Year's greeting to all officials, employees, and workers of the Institute, wishing them a new year of Peace, Prosperity, happiness, and success, and also wishing the Institute unity, consensus, and determination to successfully implement the resolutions of the 2026 Conference of Officials, Employees, and Workers.

 

After the New Year wishes, the Institute's Leadership Board gave lucky money in bright red envelopes to all officials, employees, and workers of the Institute and took a commemorative photo.

 

Concluding the New Year gathering, all officials, employees, and workers began the first working day after the Tet holiday with the best spirit, the most enthusiasm, and the most excitement for a productive and successful working year.
