Pursuant to the Convocation Letter No. 38 - TrT/ĐUB of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Trade dated 08 April 2026 on convening participation in the National Conference on studying, learning, grasping, and implementing the Resolution of the Second Plenum of the 14th Central Committee of the Party.

On the morning of 13/4/2026, the Party Committee of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering organized a live broadcast relay of VTV1: "National Conference on studying, learning, grasping, and implementing the Resolution of the Second Plenum of the 14th Central Committee of the Party".

Attending the live broadcast relay of VTV1 and chairing the Conference were Comrade Phan Dang Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Institute; comrades from the Executive Committee of the Institute's Party Committee; and all comrades who are Party members of the Party Committee of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering.
