Implementing the plan of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on organizing a Conference to study, learn, thoroughly grasp, and implement Resolution No. 79-NQ/TW on State economic development and Resolution No. 80-NQ/TW on Vietnamese cultural development of the Politburo.

On the morning of February 25, 2026, the Party Committee of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering organized a live broadcast relay on VTV1: "National Conference to study, learn, thoroughly grasp, and implement Resolution No. 79-NQ/TW on State economic development and Resolution No. 80-NQ/TW on Vietnamese cultural development of the Politburo."

Attending the live broadcast relay session were Comrade Phan Dang Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Institute; comrades of the Institute's Party Committee Executive Board and a full attendance of Party members from Party Cells under the Party Committee of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering.
