The materials industry and the mechanical engineering and manufacturing industry play a very important role in the national economy, yet their current development status is not commensurate with their position and potential. The Workshop on the Materials Industry and the Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Industry in Vietnam in the New Phase, held on the morning of June 15, comprehensively assessed the position, role, development status, difficulties, obstacles, and bottlenecks, and discussed solutions to promote and develop these foundational and core industries of the nation.
