On the occasion of the 114th anniversary of International Women's Day on March 8 (March 8, 1910 - March 8, 2024).

On behalf of the Party Committee and the Institute's Leadership Board, Comrade Phan Dang Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Institute, presented flowers, took photos, and extended congratulations to the female staff of the Institute. He also acknowledged their efforts, dedication, and achievements over the past period and expressed hope that in the coming time, the women will contribute even more to the development of women in general and the women of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering in particular, contributing to building a stronger and more united collective and Institute.

Also on this occasion, with the attention and approval of the Institute's Leadership Board, the Women's Committee, in coordination with the Institute's Trade Union Executive Committee, organized a study tour for the female staff to Ba Be Lake in Bac Kan Province on March 8.
