Abstract: The article introduces a scientific and technological product: The technological process of blending Polymer with metal (in oxide form) to create Metal-Polymer Composite material. The Metal-Polymer Composite material produced is applied to fabricate some components in PP packaging production equipment lines operating under non-lubricated friction conditions. The trial products of the project: Sliding plates and support rollers were installed on the PP bag weaving machine of Ha Trung Metal Company for testing, meeting the requirements of the project and the enterprise. The Metal-Polymer Composite material, a product of the project, can be used to fabricate most components in the Textile and Garment industry operating under non-lubricated friction conditions.
