Implementing Plan No. 112-KH/ĐUK dated July 25, 2024 of the Hanoi Business Sector Party Committee on organizing party congresses at all levels; Plan No. 08-KH/ĐUV dated December 2, 2024 of the Party Committee of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering on the plan to deploy the congress work of party cells for the 2025-2027 term, the Institute's Party Committee directed the party cells to organize congresses starting from January 15, 2025. As of February 18, 2025, all 17/17 party cells successfully held their congresses and elected 17 Secretaries and 8 Deputy Secretaries of the party cells. The Party Committee of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering has appraised the congress results and decided to recognize the Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries of the party cells for the 2025-2027 term.

The resolutions of the party cell congresses are determined to successfully achieve the targets set for the 2025-2030 term, improve the living standards of cadres, party members, and employees within the unit, and contribute to the sustainable development of the Institute.
