Implementing Plan No. 31-KH/ĐUK dated November 3, 2017, on inspecting the leadership, direction, and organization of the implementation of the Resolution of the 4th Plenum of the 12th Central Committee of the Party on strengthening Party building and rectification (Resolution of the 4th Plenum of the 12th Central Committee) in conjunction with the implementation of Directive No. 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016, of the Politburo (Directive 05-CT/TW) on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style, as well as the entire-term work programs of the Party Committee of the Sector, on December 1, 2017, a working delegation of the Party Committee of the Hanoi Industrial Sector, led by Comrade Trinh Huy Thanh, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Sector, worked with the Party Committee and the leadership of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering.

In his concluding remarks, Comrade Trinh Huy Thanh highly appreciated the results of the leadership and direction of the Institute's Party Committee in Party building work and in leading the implementation of the Institute's political tasks. The Party Committee of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering has seriously organized the implementation of the Resolution of the 4th Plenum of the 12th Central Committee, Directive 05-CT/TW, and the entire-term work programs of the Party Committee of the Sector; the Institute has also performed well in inspection and supervision work, the office of the Party Committee, mass organization work, and documentation. At the same time, Comrade Trinh Huy Thanh noted several issues that the Institute's Party Committee needs to supplement in terms of technical aspects and planning in issuing resolutions, documentation for admitting new Party members, propaganda and training work, and suggested some directions for the Institute's Party Committee in the coming period, such as Party development work, mass organization work (youth union, veterans' association), Party work operations, and preliminary and final review work.

On behalf of the leadership of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering, Comrade Nguyen Chi Sang expressed gratitude and accepted the directive opinions and contributions of Comrade Trinh Huy Thanh and the comrades of the working delegation of the Party Committee of the Sector.
