Abstract: The tripper car, together with the conveyor belt and the bulk material flow on the belt, constitutes a complex dynamic system due to the continuous inflow and outflow of material. This paper proposes several assumptions to simplify the dynamic analysis of this system. Subsequently, the energy method is employed to establish the differential equations of motion for the tripper car. These equations enable the prediction of the system's dynamic behavior and support the design process.
