On December 5, 2022, the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering organized a meeting and farewell for Comrade Dương Văn Long, former Director of the Center for Environmental Technology and Equipment, who retired under the social insurance regime effective December 1, 2022.

Attending the meeting were Comrade Phan Đăng Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Institute; Comrade Phan Hữu Thắng, Party Committee member, Vice Director of the Institute; comrades from the Institute’s Party Committee; Leaders of functional departments; Leadership and all staff of the Center for Environmental Technology and Equipment.

On behalf of the Institute’s leadership collective, Comrade Phan Đăng Phong delivered a speech acknowledging the contributions of Comrade Dương Văn Long to the development of the Center in particular and the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering in general;

The Director presented flowers to congratulate Comrade Dương Văn Long on successfully completing their duties, retiring and ceasing management duties as of December 1, 2022.

Comrade Dương Văn Long expressed gratitude to the Director and the Institute’s leadership collective, and to all officers and employees of the Center for Environmental Technology and Equipment;

The farewell meeting took place in a warm and cordial atmosphere.
