On December 5, 2022, the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering organized a Conference to announce and present the Decision on appointment of the Director of the Center for Environmental Technology and Equipment, replacing Comrade Duong Van Long, Director of the Center, who retired under the social insurance regime effective from December 1, 2022.

Attending the conference were Comrade Phan Dang Phong, Party Committee Secretary, Director of the Institute; Comrade Phan Huu Thang, Party Committee member, Vice Director of the Institute; comrades in the Institute's Party Committee; leaders of functional departments; leadership and all staff of the Center for Environmental Technology and Equipment.

Comrade Tran Duc Quang, Head of the Department of Organization and Administration, read the Decision of the Institute Director appointing Comrade Le Huy, Deputy Director of the Center for Environmental Technology and Equipment, to the position of Director of the Center for Environmental Technology and Equipment. The Decision takes effect from December 1, 2022.

On behalf of the Institute's leadership, Comrade Phan Dang Phong presented the Decision, offered flowers, congratulated, and delivered a speech assigning tasks to Comrade Le Huy.

Comrade Le Huy delivered a speech expressing gratitude and accepting the assignment, pledging to the Institute's leadership that he would devote his whole heart and strength, work together with the Center's leadership in solidarity, and successfully fulfill the assigned tasks.

On behalf of the staff and officials of the Center, Comrade Duong Van Long delivered a speech and congratulated Comrade Le Huy.
