On October 17, 2018, the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering organized a conference to announce and present the Decision on appointment of the Director of the Center for Press Working;

Attending the conference were Comrade Phan Đăng Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Institute; Comrade Vũ Văn Khoa, Vice Director; Comrade Nguyễn Hải Hà, Vice Director; heads and deputy heads of functional departments under the Institute; and staff members of the Center for Press Working.

Comrade Trần Đức Quảng, Head of the Department of Organization and Administration, announced the Decision of the Director of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering appointing Comrade Đỗ Đình Lương, Deputy Director of the Center for Press Working, to the position of Director of the Center for Press Working, effective from November 1, 2018.

On behalf of the Institute's leadership, Comrade Phan Đăng Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Institute, presented the Decision, offered flowers, congratulated, and assigned tasks to Comrade Đỗ Đình Lương.

Comrade Đỗ Đình Lương expressed gratitude to the Institute's leadership for their trust and appointment, and promised to continue striving, fostering unity within the Center, and leading the unit to successfully complete assigned tasks.
