On November 12, 2018, the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering held a Conference to announce and present the Decision on the appointment of the Director of the Center for Industrial Equipment;

Attending the conference were Comrade Phan Đăng Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Institute; Comrade Vũ Văn Khoa, Deputy Director; Comrade Nguyễn Hải Hà, Deputy Director; Heads and Deputy Heads of functional departments under the Institute; and staff of the Center for Industrial Equipment.

Comrade Trần Đức Quảng, Head of the Organization – Administration Department, announced the Decision of the Director of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering appointing Comrade Trần Văn Dũng, who had been acting as the person in charge of the Center for Industrial Equipment since May 2018, to the position of Director of the Center for Industrial Equipment, effective from November 1, 2018.

On behalf of the Institute's leadership, Comrade Phan Đăng Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Institute, presented the Decision, gave flowers, offered congratulations, and assigned tasks to Comrade Trần Văn Dũng.

Comrade Trần Văn Dũng expressed gratitude to the Institute's leadership for their trust and appointment, and promised to continue striving, fostering unity within the Center, and leading the unit to successfully fulfill assigned tasks.
