On September 14, 2020, the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering organized a Conference to announce and present the Decision on the appointment of the Director of the Center for Design and Manufacturing Technology.

Attending the conference were Comrade Phan Đăng Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Institute; Heads of functional departments and leaders of two units: the Center for Automation Machinery and the Center for Design and Manufacturing Technology.

Comrade Trần Đức Quảng, Head of the Department of Organization and Administration, announced the Decision of the Director of the Institute to transfer and appoint Comrade Đoàn Văn Minh, Deputy Director of the Center for Automation Machinery, to the position of Director of the Center for Design and Manufacturing Technology. The Decision takes effect from September 15, 2020.

On behalf of the Institute's leadership, Comrade Phan Đăng Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Institute, presented the Decision, offered flowers, congratulated, and assigned tasks to Comrade Đoàn Văn Minh.

Comrade Đoàn Văn Minh expressed gratitude to the Institute's leadership, thanked the Director of the Institute for their trust and appointment, and pledged to dedicate all efforts, together with the Center's leadership, to unite, overcome difficulties, and lead the unit to successfully fulfill assigned tasks.
