On July 12, 2021, the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering held a ceremony to announce and present the Decision on the appointment of the Director of the Industrial Design Consultancy Center.

Attending the ceremony were Comrade Phan Đăng Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Institute; Vice Directors; leaders of functional departments; leaders of the Industrial Design Consultancy Center; and representatives of the Center's staff.

Comrade Trần Đức Quảng, Head of the Organization and Administration Department, announced the Director's Decision appointing Comrade Nguyễn Mạnh Cường, Deputy Director of the Industrial Design Consultancy Center, to the position of Director of the Industrial Design Consultancy Center, effective from July 15, 2021.

On behalf of the Institute's leadership, Comrade Phan Đăng Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Institute, presented the Decision, offered flowers, congratulated, and assigned tasks to Comrade Nguyễn Mạnh Cường.

Comrade Nguyễn Mạnh Cường expressed his gratitude, accepted the assignment before the Director, and pledged to the Institute's leadership and the staff of the Industrial Design Consultancy Center that he would devote all his efforts, work together with the Center's leadership in unity, and lead the unit to successfully fulfill the assigned tasks.

Comrade Nguyễn Hải Hà, Vice Director of the Institute, delivered remarks offering congratulations and suggestions to Comrade Nguyễn Mạnh Cường upon his appointment as Director of the Industrial Design Consultancy Center.
