On December 08, 2025, the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering organized a conference to announce and present the Decision on the reappointment of Comrade Vu Van Khoa to the position of Deputy Director of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering;

Attending the conference were Comrade Phan Dang Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Institute; Comrade Vu Van Khoa, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director; comrades from the Party Committee; representatives of leaders of functional departments, Director of the Key Laboratory of Welding Technology and Surface Treatment; and representatives of mass organizations within the Institute.

Acting on the authorization of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, on behalf of the Institute's leadership, Comrade Phan Dang Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Institute, presented the decision, gave flowers, and congratulated Comrade Vu Van Khoa on being reappointed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade to the position of Deputy Director of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering.

Mr. Vu Van Khoa expressed his gratitude to the leaders of the Ministry for their trust in reappointing him to the position of Deputy Director of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering and pledged to do his utmost, to unite, and to work together with the Institute's leadership to successfully fulfill the assigned tasks.
