On December 17, 2020, authorized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering organized a conference to announce and present the Decision on reappointment of Comrade Vu Van Khoa to the position of Deputy Director of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering;

The conference was chaired by Comrade Phan Dang Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Institute;

Attending the conference were members of the Institute's Party Committee, Institute Leadership, Heads of functional departments under the Institute, the Director of the Key Laboratory of Welding and Surface Treatment Technology, and representatives of leadership from mass organizations within the Institute.

Authorized by the Leadership of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Comrade Phan Dang Phong presented the Decision, offered flowers, and congratulated Comrade Vu Van Khoa on being reappointed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade to the position of Deputy Director.

Comrade Vu Van Khoa delivered a speech expressing gratitude to the Ministry's Leadership for their trust and appointment, and pledged to exert his utmost efforts, foster unity, and work together with the Institute's Leadership team to successfully fulfill the assigned tasks.
