On behalf of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, representing the Institute's leadership, Comrade Phan Đăng Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director, presented the Decision, offered flowers, and congratulated Mr. Nguyển Hải Hà, who had been reappointed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade to the position of Deputy Director of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering.
