On November 02, 2021, at the headquarters of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering, a conference was held to announce and present the Decision on the appointment of the Deputy Director of the Mechanical Engineering Research Sub-Institute.

Attending the conference were Comrade Phan Dang Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Institute, Deputy Directors; members of the Institute's Party Committee, leaders of functional departments, and all officials and employees of the Sub-Institute.

Comrade Tran Duc Quang, Head of the Organization and Administration Department, read and announced the Decision of the Institute Director appointing Comrade Vu Van Khoa, Deputy Director, to concurrently hold the position of Deputy Director of the Mechanical Engineering Research Sub-Institute in Ho Chi Minh City. The Decision takes effect from November 01, 2021.

On behalf of the Institute's leadership, Comrade Phan Dang Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Institute, presented the Decision, offered flowers, extended congratulations, and assigned tasks to Comrade Vu Van Khoa.

Comrade Vu Van Khoa expressed his gratitude and accepted the assignment before the Institute Director, pledging to dedicate his full efforts and work together with the Sub-Institute's staff in unity to lead the Sub-Institute in successfully completing the assigned tasks.

Comrade Nguyen Hai Ha, former Deputy Director of the Sub-Institute, and officials of the Sub-Institute delivered speeches congratulating Comrade Vu Van Khoa.
