On June 7, 2024, the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering organized a conference to announce and present the appointment decision for Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of Welding Technology and Surface Treatment (PTNTĐ) to Dr. Ngo Trong Binh, an officer of the unit.

Attending the conference were Dr. Vu Van Khoa, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director; representatives of the Institute's Party Committee and heads of functional departments; the Director and key staff of PTNTĐ.

Mr. Ha Minh Thang, Head of the Organization and Administration Department, read Decision No. 80/QĐ-NCCK signed on June 4, 2024, by the Director of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering appointing Dr. Ngo Trong Binh to the position of Deputy Director of PTNTĐ, with the decision taking effect from June 1, 2024.

On behalf of the Institute's leadership, Dr. Vu Van Khoa presented the Decision, offered flowers, congratulated Dr. Ngo Trong Binh, and delivered a speech assigning tasks to him.

Dr. Ngo Trong Binh expressed his gratitude, accepted the assignment, and pledged to the Institute's leadership, the Director, and all staff of PTNTĐ to dedicate his full effort and work together with the PTNTĐ team in unity to successfully complete all assigned tasks.
