On March 18, 2021, authorized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering organized a conference to announce and present the Decision on the appointment of Comrade Phan Huu Thang, Director of the Center for Inspection and Industrial Engineering – National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering, to the position of Deputy Director of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering.

Presiding over the conference: Comrade Phan Dang Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Institute;

Attending the conference were all comrades from the Institute's Party Committee, Institute Leadership, Heads of functional departments under the Institute, Director of the Key Laboratory of Welding Technology and Surface Treatment; representatives of leadership from mass organizations within the Institute and the Center for Inspection and Industrial Engineering.

Authorized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Comrade Phan Dang Phong presented the Decision and offered flowers, congratulating Comrade Phan Huu Thang on his appointment by the Ministry of Industry and Trade to the position of Deputy Director.

In his speech, Comrade Phan Huu Thang expressed his emotion and sincere gratitude to the Ministry's Leadership and the collective of the Institute's Leadership, units, organizations, and individuals within the Institute for their trust and confidence. Comrade Phan Huu Thang pledged to give his utmost effort, dedicate his whole heart and strength, and unite with the Institute's Leadership collective to successfully accomplish the assigned tasks.
