On May 8, 2023, the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering held a conference to announce and present the Decision on the appointment of the Head of the Organization and Administration Department to Mr. Ha Minh Thang, replacing Mr. Tran Duc Quang who retired under the State's policy.

Attending the conference were Mr. Phan Dang Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Institute; Mr. Vu Van Khoa, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Institute; Mr. Phan Huu Thang, Member of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Institute; members of the Party Committee Executive Board; leaders of functional departments, and leaders and staff of the Organization and Administration Department.

Mr. Hoang Van Hung, Member of the Party Committee, Head of the Finance and Accounting Department, read the Decision of the Institute Director on the appointment of Mr. Ha Minh Thang, Deputy Head of the Organization and Administration Department, to the position of Head of the Organization and Administration Department. The Decision takes effect from May 1, 2023.

On behalf of the Institute's leadership, Mr. Phan Dang Phong presented the Decision, offered flowers, congratulated him, and delivered a speech assigning tasks to Mr. Ha Minh Thang.

Mr. Ha Minh Thang expressed his gratitude and accepted the assignment, pledging to the Institute's leadership to devote all his efforts, strive together with the staff of the Organization and Administration Department in unity, and successfully fulfill the assigned tasks.

At the conference, on behalf of the Institute's leadership, Mr. Phan Dang Phong delivered remarks acknowledging the contributions and dedication of Mr. Tran Duc Quang throughout his working period, presented flowers to congratulate him for his outstanding completion of duties, and noted his retirement under the State's policy as of May 1, 2023.

Mr. Tran Duc Quang expressed his gratitude to the Institute Director, the Institute's leadership, and all staff and employees of the Organization and Administration Department for their support in helping him successfully fulfill all tasks throughout his working period. He also congratulated Mr. Ha Minh Thang on being trusted by the Party Committee, the Institute's leadership, and the staff of the Organization and Administration Department to be appointed as Head of the Organization and Administration Department.
