Acting under the authorization of the Party Committee of the Hanoi Industrial Sector, on October 22, 2018, the Party Committee of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering organized the Executive Committee Conference to announce and present the decision to appoint a member of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering for the 2015-2020 term;

Comrade Tran Duc Quang announced the Decision of the Party Committee of the Hanoi Industrial Sector to appoint Comrade Phan Huu Thang, Secretary of the Party Cell of Industrial Inspection and Engineering, to the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering for the 2015-2020 term;

On behalf of the Institute's Party Committee, Comrade Phan Dang Phong, Party Committee Secretary, presented the Decision, gave flowers, congratulated, and assigned tasks to Comrade Phan Huu Thang.

Comrade Phan Huu Thang expressed gratitude for the trust of the Sector Party Committee and the Institute Party Committee and pledged to fulfill the assigned tasks well.
