On November 26, 2022, at the headquarters of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering, No. 4, Pham Van Dong Street, Mai Dich Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi, the 2022 National Scientific Conference on Hydraulic Machinery and Automation Systems was held.

The 2022 National Scientific Conference on Hydraulic Machinery and Automation Systems was co-organized by the Vietnam Hydraulic Machinery Science and Technology Association under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations and the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering under the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

The conference opened at the large hall of the Key Laboratory of Welding Technology and Surface Treatment of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering.

After the opening ceremony, the conference was divided into 4 sub-committees meeting and presenting scientific reports in 04 meeting rooms of the 5-story building at the headquarters of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering. The sub-committees included: Sub-committee A: scientific reports on Hydraulic machinery and equipment; Sub-committee B: scientific reports on Automation, renewable energy and training; Sub-committee C: scientific reports on Computational fluid dynamics; Sub-committee D: scientific reports on Industrial hydraulic equipment.

In the late afternoon of the same day, the 2022 National Scientific Conference on Hydraulic Machinery and Automation Systems held a summary meeting and closing ceremony.

The conference was organized and concluded successfully.

On the morning of November 27, 2022, also at the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering, the Vietnam Hydraulic Machinery Science and Technology Association under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations held the 2nd Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Hydraulic Machinery Science and Technology Association for the 2022-2027 term.
