Pursuant to Guideline No. 16-HD/BTCTW of the Central Organizing Committee; Plan No. 59/KH-ĐUK dated 28/11/2018 of the Party Committee of the Bloc; Regulation No. 02-Qđi/ĐUK and Regulation No. 03-Qđi/ĐUK of the Party Committee of the Bloc, at 08:00 on December 4, 2018, the Party Committee of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering organized a Conference for self-assessment and quality ranking of the collective Party Executive Committee and party members who are leaders and managers for the year 2018.

The Conference was chaired by Comrade Phan Đăng Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee.

The Working Group of the Party Committee of the Hanoi Industrial Bloc, led by Comrade Trịnh Huy Thành, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Bloc, attended and directed the Conference.

Comrade Phan Đăng Phong delivered remarks to thoroughly convey the requirements, objectives, methodology, and to analyze and clarify relevant issues; the Conference reviewed and evaluated the work contents performed by the Party Committee in preparation for the conference.

In the morning session, the Conference conducted the self-assessment of the Party Executive Committee; the Institute's operational results in 2018 achieved many outstanding accomplishments; all professional and Party work targets were met and exceeded as planned;

The Party Committee collective focused on analyzing and clarifying limitations and shortcomings; the causes, collective and individual responsibilities of each comrade in the Party Executive Committee for the limitations and shortcomings. It evaluated the direction of overcoming limitations and shortcomings; discussed directions and measures to overcome limitations and shortcomings.

At the end of the morning session, on behalf of the Working Group, Comrade Trịnh Huy Thành, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Bloc, highly evaluated the conference preparation and the frank, constructive, and quality opinions of the Institute's Party Committee in analyzing and clarifying limitations, shortcomings, and the collective and individual responsibilities of comrades in the Party Committee for those limitations and shortcomings. Comrade Trịnh Huy Thành and the members of the Working Group provided guidance and suggested additional content for the self-assessment of individual leaders and managers.

In the afternoon session, the Conference continued the self-assessment, evaluation, and ranking of individual leaders and managers according to the Guidelines and Regulations of the Party Committee of the Bloc.

Results of the 2018 quality self-assessment and ranking: The collective Party Executive Committee was proposed to have excellently completed its tasks; 07/07 comrades in the Party Executive Committee were proposed to have excellently completed their tasks.

The Conference concluded at 16:45 on the same day.
