Implementing the 2022 work plan of the Party Committee of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering, on August 19, 2022, the Party Committee of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering organized a Conference to study, learn, and thoroughly grasp the Resolution of the Fifth Plenum of the 13th Central Committee of the Party and to listen to international current affairs on the military conflict between Russia and Ukraine for all cadres who are Party members.

Attending the Conference were Comrade Phan Dang Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Institute, comrades from the Executive Committee of the Institute's Party Committee, and all cadres who are Party members of the Institute's Party Committee.

Guests included comrades who are not yet Party members: Comrade Nguyen Phuong Lam, Director of the Center for Construction Investment Consulting; Comrade Nguyen Quang Hung, Deputy Director of the Center for Environmental Equipment and Technology; Comrade Nguyen Huu Luong, Deputy Director of the Center for Hydraulic and Pneumatic Research; Comrade Hoang Minh Mau, Deputy Director of the Center for Industrial Design Consulting.

At the Conference, delegates listened to lecturer Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ngo Van Thao, former Director of the Department of Political Theory of the Central Propaganda Department, present, disseminate, and thoroughly grasp the Resolution of the Fifth Plenum of the 13th Central Committee of the Party and some information on the military conflict between Russia and Ukraine.

This is an annual Conference, a regular activity for all cadres who are Party members of the Institute's Party Committee within the 2022 work plan of the Party Committee of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering.
