Pursuant to the Notice of Conference Convocation No. 72 - TrT/ĐUB of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Trade dated August 26, 2026, and Plan No. 60-KH/ĐUB dated August 26, 2026 of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on organizing the Conference for research, study, thorough understanding, and implementation of several Resolutions and Directives of the Politburo.

On the morning of September 3, 2026, the Party Committee of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering organized a live broadcast from VTV1: "Conference for research, study, thorough understanding, and implementation of several Resolutions and Directives of the Politburo."

Attending the live broadcast from VTV1 and presiding over the Conference were Comrade Phan Đăng Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Institute; members of the Executive Committee of the Institute's Party Committee; and all Party members of the Party Committee of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering.
