On October 18, 2021, the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering held a meeting on the occasion of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Van Got being assigned by the Hanoi City Department of Science and Technology as the Program Director of the Program "Scientific Research and Technology Application for Industrial Development of Hanoi City, code CT 03". Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Van Got has worked at the Institute for 40 years and is currently an expert and professional member of the Training Center.

Attending the meeting were Comrade Phan Dang Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Institute; Comrade Vu Van Khoa, Deputy Director; Heads of functional departments; and the leadership and all staff of the Training Center.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Thu Quy, Director of the Training Center, read Decision No. 629/QD-SKHCN dated September 22, 2021, of the Director of the Hanoi City Department of Science and Technology on the establishment of the Program Management Board for the Program "Scientific Research and Technology Application for Industrial Development of Hanoi City, code CT 03", in which Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Van Got was assigned as the Program Director.

On behalf of the Institute's leadership, Comrade Phan Dang Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Institute, presented flowers, offered congratulations, and exchanged some opinions with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Van Got and the Training Center.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Van Got expressed his gratitude and promised the Institute's leadership that he would strive even harder to successfully complete the assigned tasks, and together with the Training Center, make practical contributions to the scientific development of the Institute and Hanoi City.
