In implementation of the human resource training plan for 2021, on the morning of March 29, 2021, at the lecture hall of the Welding and Surface Treatment Laboratory, the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering commenced and organized an advanced professional development course for mechanical engineers in machine design and manufacturing.

The Institute was honored to invite and receive the consent to teach from Assoc. Prof. Ha Van Vui. The training program is scheduled for 64 class periods, with each session lasting 4 periods. The participants in the training program are young engineers currently working in specialized units under the Institute.

The training program aims to provide advanced knowledge in fundamental engineering design and specialized engineering techniques for young mechanical manufacturing engineers who have recently graduated from domestic and international technical universities, helping them acquire in-depth knowledge and understanding of fundamental engineering design and specialized engineering techniques, as well as experience in research, design, and machine manufacturing, enabling them to complete their work proactively and creatively.
