On the morning of November 25, 2023, at meeting room P.209, Headquarters of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering, the Institute organized the Institute-level doctoral thesis defense ceremony for PhD candidate (NCS) Nguyen Manh Cuong, currently a lecturer at the University of Industrial Technology - Thai Nguyen University:

Thesis title: “Study on the influence of some technological parameters on the electrical discharge machining process of the outer cylindrical surface of 90CrSi steel with dielectric fluid mixed with SiC nano powder”

Prof. Dr. Le Van Tao - Military Technical Academy, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Duy Trung - National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering; 2 members are Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Huu Phan - Hanoi University of Industry and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Van Got - National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering.

Attending the thesis defense ceremony, from the University of Industrial Technology, there was Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ngo Nhu Khoa - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the University Council, in addition to teachers, scientists from inside and outside the Institute, many colleagues, family, and friends of the PhD candidate.

The result of the Institute-level doctoral thesis defense of PhD candidate Nguyen Manh Cuong was evaluated by the Committee with a vote of approval of 7/7, including 2/7 excellent votes.
