On the morning of September 8, 2023, at Meeting Room P209 of the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering headquarters, the Institute held the Institute-level doctoral thesis defense ceremony for PhD candidate Ngo Trong Binh, currently working at the Key Laboratory of Welding Technology and Surface Treatment - National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering.
