On April 28, 2022, at the headquarters of the Power Project Management Unit 2, the National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering (NARIME), as the second joint venture member, together with the lead joint venture member, the General Corporation of Machinery and Industrial Equipment - JSC (MIE), the third joint venture member, the General Corporation of Electrical Engineering and Construction - JSC (AGRIMECO), and the fourth joint venture member, LILAMA 10 Joint Stock Company (LILAMA 10), signed a contract agreement with the Investor, Vietnam Electricity Group, represented by the Power Project Management Unit 2 – a branch of Vietnam Electricity Group, for Package No. 41 (TB-02): "Supply of hydro-mechanical equipment and technical services" under the project: Ialy Hydropower Plant Expansion. 

The contractor joint venture MIE – NARIME – AGRIMECO – LILAMA 10 are reputable, capable, and experienced contractors, trusted by the Investor to deploy and execute the package. The execution period for the package is 24 months from the date the contract takes effect.

The contractor joint venture MIE – NARIME – AGRIMECO – LILAMA 10 commits to executing the package with full obligations and responsibilities, ensuring quality, meeting the set schedule, and fulfilling the requirements of the project Investor.
