On July 21, 2025, authorized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, on behalf of the Party Committee of the Institute and the collective leadership of the Institute, Mr. Phan Đăng Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Institute, presented the Decision on reappointment of the position of Chief Accountant to Mr. Hoàng Văn Hùng according to the Decision signed by the Minister of Industry and Trade on July 8, 2025 and the Decision on reappointment of the position of Director of the Key Laboratory of Welding Technology and Surface Treatment to Mr. Lê Thu Quý according to the Decision signed by the Minister of Industry and Trade on July 14, 2025.
